I’m a general practitioner and don’t typically go beyond simple orthodontics in my day-to-day work. Is Invisalign treatment right for my practice?

We have options for general dentists to incorporate the Invisalign system into their practice, regardless of their level of orthodontic experience. For doctors who don't wish to go beyond simple orthodontics we have the Invisalign Go system and for those who want to treat a broader range of malocclusions we have the Invisalign system.

I’m an orthodontist who has been using traditional wire and bracket treatment for years. Is Invisalign treatment right for my practice?

The Invisalign system allows you to treat a broad range of malocclusion and offers your patients a more comfortable way to straighten their smile.

I'm interested in offering Invisalign treatment in my practice, how can I get started?

The first step in offering Invisalign treatment is to complete either the Invisalign Go or Invisalign Fundamentals training course, to equip you with the skills to become an Invisalign Provider. Both options consist of a pre-course webinar, one full days training and completion of a series of online modules. The course you should register for depends on your level of existing orthodontic knowledge. For more information visit the Training Courses page.

What types of cases can the Invisalign system treat?

The Invisalign system is the only clear aligner system that combines multiple Smart innovations designed specifically for treatment of more difficult malocclusions like deep bite. To find out more visit the Treatable Cases page.

What are Invisalign aligners made from?

All Invisalign aligners are made of our proprietary SmartTrack material. SmartTrack material is designed exclusively for the Invisalign System to optimally deliver the desired force systems to provide greater predictability of tooth movement.*
